Author Comments

This one's going out to my good friend McJesus.

He's the first on my list to get a theme song on NG!

If YOU want your own theme song, just PM me!

I went for a 007, spy type of theme, and you probably will hear little snippets from the James Bond theme.

Please rate and review but most importantly enjoy!

"Just like a spy song."

Before I even read your author comments the first thing that I noticed was that it was like a detective or spy song. Good job, overall. I think I heard the little snippets from the James Bond theme too.

Indeed I think you did. The bassline is similar I believe.

"Double-Oh-Mc-J"

The fills and drum stabs every so often made me feel like I was watching the intro of a james bond intro, especcaily at the one part with the cymbols. Its also rather short...
But other than that, I find not a whole lot wrong with it, other than I think the low horns are playing too high of a note.

I'm trying to keep these at about the 1 minute levels, so as to not wear down the theme and make it too repetitive.

The horns are weird sometimes, I tried them at the octave below what they're at now, but they were much less noticeable and you could hardly even make out they were there.

"A little too James Bondy"

But still very good. I like the overall presentation, but too remeniscent of 007.

Author's Response:

Thanks. I did have to make a conscious effort not to just copy the 007 theme.
