Read my latest news post for information on this one, I'll extend this description later. Still a WIP - this is just a demo render - I'll be submitting the finished version... when it's finished! ;D

It's a little bit loud, you might need to turn down your volume. :P

The main things I need suggestions on are the overall mix/EQ, as well as structure - like I said in the news post, this song is pretty much finished, except I don't know what I want to do for the intro, ending, everything in between, etc. Though any comments are welcome. :D

Also check out the reversed version, which I'll be submitting later... I think it's awesome! >:)

This was good, but it seemed way too mellow for the title "Rush". Maybe "Amble" would be a more fitting one. I suggest that you make the cymbals more prominent and varied in pattern. I also agree with J4YM4N; you should have the break in the melody be earlier. I hope you improve this, and I'll definitely be watching for the full version.

Mellow? Mellow was the last thing I was aiming for. o_O I was aiming for slow, yet dramatic... not a literal rush, but a rush in other ways.

If by cymbals you meant hihats, yeah, I can imagine those done a bit better, they're loops, after all. XD It would be a bit difficult, but definitely possible, I'll have to try it next time I open the project file.

And like I said before, the structure isn't set in stone. ;D

"Unfinished Greatness!"

I loved the break at 1.12. The tune then reminds me of "take my breath away" ha ha. Personally i think you left that break 1 repitition too long (sorry if i'm using the wrong terminology, what i'm saying is the break should of been around 0.55)
This is deffinately going on my car stereo as the bass in this is kick arse, but i believe - as you do too - this is a demo and has the potential to be real popular. Myself, i think its catchy and will be "in my head" for a bit.
Please Karco put some more effort and work on this and i can see this being played in clubs.
I gave an 8 because, although it sounds great its unfinished.

Augh, I really should listen to more music outside of my comfort zone. I've never heard "Take My Breath Away." D: You kinda lost me there with the "break 1 repetition" part, but the structure's not completely final in this demo anyway. ;)

I try, I try! Thing is, the new break I made wants to split off from the original song and become its own song, so I need to figure out how to deal with that first. ._. That, and I have tons of stuff going on right now - WIPs, school stuff - there's not that big a chance much progress is going to happen.

Hmm, bounce beat with the bass? That just gave me the idea to sidechain the whole thing... :O Probably not what you had in mind but you might have just given me a great idea. :P

The slowness is part of the concept of the song. And I tried speeding it up again the other day, it didn't work so well. :\ Thanks anyway for the review, though. :P
