... OL' SKOOL " BIG BEAT STYLE " HIP-HOP ...
HAS THE FEEL OF SOME OF THAT GOOD OL' BEAT-BASED HIP-HOP
THAT WE USED TO POP-LOCK & BREAK DANCE TO.
HEAVY PERCUSSION ; VARIED KICK DRUM &/Or BASS " TONES " ; UNIQUE NOISES / TONES ,
JUST LIKE THE BEATS WE USED TO BUILD PRIOR TO 1990.

this is art.

I fucking love it man! You just keep making the experimental stuff work. I havn't checked out your sounds in a while, but I'm glad I stopped by for this one. I love that heavy bass sound (it might be just a tad too heavy, but whatever makes you happy : )

That phone sounding pad thing is really cool, this is just so hard. Also, for anyone that says this type of music isn't danceable has obviously never been to art school. I know a few crazy bitches that would turn this song into some wacky insane movement.

I Realize That The Act Of Dancing Is Actually An Individualized Thing.
It's All About How You Feel The " Music " & What It Speaks To You.
Nothing Is The Same Thing In The Same Way To Anyone,
Even If They Bond In Agreement.

For 3 Different Dancers With 3 Different Styles ,
This Was Their Chosen " BATTLE-TRACK",
For 7 Others , They Chose 1 Track Of Their Own Taste Each.

I Know That Somebody Other Than Myself Can Dance To It.
I Also Know That Not Everyone Can Or Will Dance To It.
That Is The BEAUTY Of It All .

:: STAY CREATIVE & STAY TRUE TO WHAT MOVES YOU QUARL ::

~~ THANKS FOR TURNIN' IT ON & LEAVIN' A REVIEW ~~

Don't think so man.

This would be hard to dance to. The mix of scratches and high pitched noises made for a teribble after math. See what I do is only use scratches/highpitched crap at the beginning and one more time in the middle for effect. This mesh just isnt what most people are wanting to hear...sorry bro.

=============
Appreciate The Review !
I Do Beg To Differ With You However
About Whether Or Not The Tune Is Suitable To Dance To.
It's Already Been Tested Out,
And Actually Got Good FeedBack
From Many Of The Other Participants In The Cipher ...
This Is Like What WE USED To DANCE To,
& In The 1970s & 1980s,
The Music & The " Dance " Was Much Different ,
NOT ONLY In Respect Of The Style,
But Also The Geographical Location
---
CALIFORNIA Had Different Variations Of The NEW YORK Moves,
Here In ARIZONA,
We Had Variations Of BOTH EAST & WEST COAST Moves ,
Reason Being That We Have A LOT Of People That Moved Here
From Both Coasts & Every Where Else.
In JAPAN There's B-BOYS & B-GIRLS & POP-LOCKERS
That Would Groove To It
--- At Least From What I Was Told By Another Contestant.
I Know I Can Dance To It, I Was Also A Part Of The Cipher.

AnyWay...
I'm From The OLD SCHOOL,
HIP-HOP Wasn't OFFICIALLY Named UNTIL 1973.
I've Been An Active Participant Since 1979.
THE FIRST RULE OF HIP-HOP & PUNK ROCK IS THE SAME :
THERE ARE NO RULES.
THAT'S THE ONLY RULE THAT KEEPS ARTISTRY IN THE CULTURE.
THE ONLY LIMITS TO YOUR ART
ARE WITHIN THE CONFINES OF YOUR IMAGINATION,
& IT'S NOT ABOUT WHAT OTHERS MIGHT OR MIGHT NOT LIKE :
IT'S ABOUT WHAT THE ARTIST CREATES,

... & IT ALL STARTS WITH AN IDEA ...
