Author Comments

While doing normal everyday chores around the house, I had this random spanish theme just pop into my head, so, I quickly sat down and spent a good 45 minutes creating this.

I was thinking for more of an RPG Sandy Town theme. Nothing fancy. This is more of a loop since I left it at 1:32.

Again, quickly thrown together, so there's really not too much planning involved in this one.

Enjoy.

"Nice"

date: January 20, 2009

This is a nice composition. Very original and it presents a complex vibe.

-better guitar sample, or preferably real classical guitar would add that rich timbre that always sounds nice
-Percussion could use some subtle delay and/or reverb
-It's a bit repetitive and lacks variation or a more complex/captivating melody
-if you added a final little part you could cut down on the repetition and make it loop better.
-String sample is a bit abrasive and the string part could use greater depth of dynamics

"Hey! This is great!"

I loved the beat. It felt a bit original.

However, I believe it lagged on a measure or two too long and my ears started to feel the repetitiveness pattern starting to kick in for a bit before it moved on.

You're right...this could be sandy town music.

Author's Response:

Yeah, this was more of a "meh, lets see what happens in a short period of time". I threw it together, rendered it into MP3 form, and called it a day.

I didn't think this would grab so much attention.
