This is from our (relatively) new CD, The Swing of Things. Personally I'm not happy with the mastering job, but we got a huge discount, because we've got connections. :)

So enjoy 'I Burn Bridges,' and stay tuned after the song ends for our hidden track from the CD (Swing Thing, the CD's namesake), a special treat for anyone who cares enough to listen to us! It starts around 5:50, so you don't have to listen to such a long period of silence.

Also, our trombone player quit the band, and we're still breaking in the new one, so don't expect our next CD soon. But I'll probably upload more of our 2006/2007 CD in the near future.

Edit: If you want to vote zero, I'd appreciate a review letting me know why. We get plenty of good reviews, and that's great, but we want to improve, so don't be afraid to get ugly!

Great!

I Burn Bridges was great and I loved the vocals but the bonus track is to jazzy for my tastes

:/ Ah well, tastes differ, and I'm glad you at least have a taste for our normal stuff. Check back SOON for a rough take on one of our new songs!

Not Bad

Nicely done, the singer sounds alot like Eric Bowley from The Scene Aesthetic.
And the keyboard sounds JUST like mine!!
The only thing is, its not very ska, it just needs to be more upbeat but thats it.
Good job guys

Yeah, We've been working more Ska into as we go along. As for the keyboard, we don't even have a keyboard player :P. It's not normally in the song actually, just something Brian threw in as we recorded. It sounded cool, soooo......yeah! I'm going to try to get ahold of at least a rough draft of one of our new songs, just to get some new stuff up. I'll probably just take it down again once mastering is complete.

10 stars ! but -2 cuz the 2 songs in one and to mutch free space in song !

HyruleanHyroe responds:

This is our final bonus track on our CD. If you're not familiar with those, it's when a long pause is left after the final song to make the listener assume the CD is over, then surprise them with a little special feature after a time. It's a lot of fun, and we plan on doing it for all of our albums. We've already got a secret song set up for the second one! :) Sorry that you didn't like that part, but glad you liked the music!
