When 16 -year-old Chip Peters has a violent nightmare involving a Werewolf attack, he begins to realize (after he starts developing powers) that the dream might not have been a dream at all. Once accepting that he has control over these abilities, he uses them to track down a killer in his small town, and progressively comes to be the super-hero, WOLF.
