Modern RPG
I like the beats in the background, not overly fond of the riff but its still a good piece
As a tense battle theme, this might work better in a modern times RPG rather than a medieval fantasy RPG.
Once again, it's one of my older songs, probably from around 2006.
Please rate and review! I reply!
EDIT: I just noticed what uploading to NG did to the song. It seems the bass' panning has gone nuts. I'm looking into it right now! And I forgot to add that this song is actually loopable!

Good work
Have you tried being inspired by Xenosaga? Maybe star ocean? Those were games in the future. However, they still all retained some modern feel to their games at some point.
Also, can't wait for the remake of star ocean to be released in october for the PSP. As well as Second Evolution in january :3
Hahaha, wasn't Xenosaga on PSX and PS2? My only Sony console is a PSP, so I missed that. Might get the DS version when it's finally localised for Europe...
I do like the Star Ocean games, I've played through the emulated SNES translation and the GBC game, and just like you I can't wait for the PSP versions to be released, and of course the Xbox 360 sequel makes me all fuzzy inside. ;-)
There's definitely some influence from Star Ocean in this song, yes.
Thanks for the review!

nice battle track, i think it would go well to any combat turn based game. the way it builds up is very well done.
Woops, missed your response there buddy!
Thanks for the review and the positive comments!

Woo!
A nice battle track this is. Starts off slow and simple and gets more and more intense as it goes along. I love the beat in it, great addition. Everything flows nicely together. Reminds me of the James Bond theme somehow. Keep up the great work!

Hahaha, thanks. Reminds you of the James Bond theme? Weird, I didn't even think of that. :-P But hey, that's a great piece of music as well, so I'll see it as a compliment. ;-)
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
