Honestly, I got this idea from watching a cat try to pounce on a tiny bird. The cat was stalking around the bird and I thought the he was actually going to catch the thing. Then to my surprise (and the cat's), the little bird turns around, makes a horrible screeching noise, and chases the cat all around the yard. Then, it returns back to its limb and spreads its wings triumphantly. I just thought it was hilarious. Hope you like it.

"Grand, adventurous and fun"

date: September 8, 2009

Awesome piece. Lots of great things going on. You would be a great film scorer. I can definitely let this song tell a story for me. As far as what exactly it makes me envision... I totally see something that has to do with seafaring and adventuring on the high seas. Also, pirates! This would go great in a video, movie, or game with pirates.

Anywho, my critiques are the fact that there is rarely any percussion used. I feel if you inserted a bit more percussion in here in certain places it would really help the song. Also, the volume peaked at 1:03. You'll have to mix that up a bit. In addition, I can't say the electric guitar fits. I agree that it sounds good, but the fact that everything else is symphonic, it just seems a bit random to me.

Overall, awesome job. This is one of my favorites on Newgrounds.

"LMAO, so playful"

date: April 25, 2008

As soon as it started the song felt cheeky, almost as if the bird knew what it was doing! Some brilliance dynamics, and it's mainly seen in the bass/harmony lines. Another example of how dynamics can be used on NG! I feel as though I'm going to have to become a Nazi about something else :-(. but not for you ^^

Brilliant piece, can't wait to hear more!

Respect.

P.S. loved the inclusion of the electric guitar!

"Magnificent."

That was well written and well executed. I really liked it. I can't really think of anything else to say here, I don't give out many 10s. But this was certainly a 10 in my book.
