I'm really not a fan of these type of "sound effects" songs. Although I can tell that you took some serious time to make it all blend together well. The only sound effect that really bothered me was the police sirens. I don't like police sirens, they make me paranoid.

The song seemed kind of "silly" but was fun and neat to listen to. I can easily see this being used in a flash animation.

Sounds very Aphex Twin, or Venetian Blinds. Although I didn't get an incredibly riot feeling from this, but it's still pretty good.
