Nice Intro
The guitar in the middle takes away some of its pleasantness qualities, but besides that, it is a pretty good intro. Congrats.

This is another one from my "Chaokaze" project. There's multiple names for this: Daisuke, My D.N.Angel, and My Angel.
I started this early in the summer of '07 after watching D.N.Angel for the first time. I remember I started playing on my acoustic guitar, accompanying a particular piece of background music from one of the episodes, and suddenly, I had an idea for a song.
So, there were three inspirations for this one: The one listed above, obviously, the feeling of a calm summer's day, and my girlfriend. (Of course, at the time, she wasn't my girlfriend, but she was my closest friend. Heh. Not that anyone cares, but I'm just, you know. Throwing it out there. Ha ha.)
Now, "Pop" might not be the correct genre, but it sounds a LOT lighter than most of my other works that don't fall into the electronica/ambient genre, and it also sounds more "mainstream" (so I'm told) than my other works, so I'm sticking it in "Pop". Now, this particular clip is actually two songs. What this means is that what you're hearing right now is the Intro track on my CD, as well as the beginning of the full song which will be possibly the 10th or 11th track on my CD, "The Voices of Defeat".

I'll probably let the acoustic guitars dominate the verses once I get around to finishing up this piece, so there probably won't be a whole lot of electric guitar involved. Well, at least not a lot involved with the distortion pedal, lol, but I'll probably have some clean electric guitar in there. ^_^

I'll probably post up the full version of this song once I'm done composing it and recording it, which should be sometime after I finish up my "Icarus Flight" series, which currently consists of "Breakdown: Chapter One of the Icarus Flight" and "Chasing the Line of Reason: Chapter Two of the Icarus Flight". ^_^
