A sweet romantic piece in Eb major
for Piano and String Orchestra Adagio Sostenuto

I got accepted to an All-Steinway University in Mid December
which is when I started this piece
to me this song is in response to a pleasant pause from burdens
a nice suspension from stress and what not

First song of the new year
Thanks for listening

Perfect!

I am thinking this would be so well sorted for an RPG game, near the beginning perhaps when say the main character finds his home burnt to the ground or some other tragedy has happened, I can just picture this song being played during the cgi cut scene showing the event and then showing the credits for the game. Seriously it is that good.

I am in awe at your work sir, and I wish you all the best in uni.

Very nice

It's getting damn near professional. I gotta say, this sounds like a true movie music score which is very impressive. But, because of that, it also sounds pretty generic. There is emotion in this, alot of it, it's just that it's emotion that we've all heard at one time or another. Now, do not get me wrong, that is a great feeling to have come up in you when you listen to a song. But i believe that newer deeper emotions are also as important as a professional sound.

Some of your older work, which most i really enjoy, had more of a touch to it, just a little more feeling. But of course this is all a personal preference, and i know that alot of people really enjoy this and i'm glad that great musicians (if i may call you that) such as yourself come here to NG and submit your work.

I probably don't have to tell you to keep it up, but what the heck. Keep up to great work.
