Yah, peep msee's mix, shows a different flavor of chop and screw. There's as many diff. styles as there are diff. DJ's and MC's out there and we need more to keep it alive and original instead of lettin' the Chop n' Screw movement get muddied up with commercialism like Hip-Hop is fighting.

Sorry, man, workin' nights and workin' on my personal project keeps me hemmed up sometimes. I'll be up on NG Monday mornin' and all night Monday night prolly, and will be dl;ing AIM for the laptop one of those times, so I'll drop you a PM with my AIM then and we can work on gettin' a track together. Nah, I do it old school as a "double", though I don't use turntables since I don't have that kind of cash for something I'd rarely use, so I do software/bpm chops. It sounds weird because I add a slight reverb and phase mod to it at the end, a la early DJ Screw. It's the way I grew up hearing it so I try to keep to the heritage as much as possible...and it also makes ya trip balls when you're a zone and a half into a bottle of Promethezine and two blunts deep...but that's a different story.
