LYRICS
Oh on the floor
A cigarette butt
Burns away just like my heritage
As the world gets smaller
So do my chances to survive
You look upon everyone else
As if they were all expendable
Take away all our roots and tell us to hold on
I don't want to live
Yet I don't wish to die
How can you see
Through a third eye
I never wanted to see my home this way
Set aflame by those who do I hate
Ten thousand years
My bones on display
If when dusted off
Your name on this plate
I don't want to live
Yet I don't wish to die
How can you see
Through a third eye
I don't want to live
Yet I don't wish to die
How can you see
Through a third eye
I've some things a boy should never see
Many thousand men plagued with leprosy
There's nothing left
There's nothing left
I've broken out again
Can't contain these words so do I pledge
I don't want to live
Yet I don't wish to die
How can you see
Through a third eye

Koolness
Wow, your music is put together really well. And you have a very good music sense about you. I can see this becoming a great hit!! :D
Wow, thanks a lot man!
I <3 your complements.
Few people enjoy my music.
SynthPop FTW!
The intro was rad, I loved the filter you used for the keyboard in the few seconds before the guitar kicked in. And it does indeed have that Sam's Town/Born To Run feeling. If I had to give this a genre I'd make a new one. Something like "Electricana" (Electric Americana). It just sounds triumphant. Kudos!
Hey, thanks a lot.
I take great pride in saying that the keyboard solo was improvised.
And a new genera?
It's always been a dream of mine..
Thanks.
Good!
Wow, that sounds a lot like the killers, and i love the killers . keep up, you know what you are you doing.
anyways, it sounds alittle like some kind of santa clause-theme to me.
and your voice sounds a little (only a little) strange but maybe its my speakers ^^
Thanks for the review.
I, too, like the Killers.
You should look up "The Bravery" if you don't know who they are. They are similar to the Killers.
And the voice is heavily distorted :)
Awesome
This song is very cool. It really sets a great mood, and transforms brilliantly. Sometimes the backup vocals get off, but the liquidized vocals sound great. Nice job.
Sam Cashion, the one who commented below, sung lead in this song. If you liked this, you should check out his stuff.
