Well, this was a hell of a project. I put all my other projects on hold and gave my full attention to this one; I spent hours writing 5 seconds or work, and then almost immediately deleting it because it didn't sound good enough. I wanted this piece to REEK of perfection, so I tried my absolute hardest and used every trick that I had learned about Goa along the way.

You may also notice that one of the main melodies is taken from my old song "Other Side". Yes, this was supposed to be a remix of it; but how dark and brooding the song was turning out, having that uplifting melody didn't seem to fit very well, so instead of making it a reoccurring theme, I just made it play once through, with an extremely dramatic build-up beforehand.

Goa trance and Psy trance lovers, you're in for a treat. Keep it easy, Newgrounds;

Awesome Effects!

Very nice effects and I like the volume control. Very psychedelic but to be honest... I don't really think the strings are needed... infact I think the song would have done better without. This is just my personal opinion of course. At 1:24, nice choice with that nullification. The melody isn't anything amazingly special but it's still good and very catchy. I love the diversity in this song especially that 1:52-2:00 diminuendo and crescendo.

The new melody after that is even more catchy in my opinion. I think there is room at this time for a piano maybe? I think it would be a nice addition to the melody or just to harmonize. Once again, i'd like to bring up how I enjoy the diversity of this piece. Very nice job with that.

You chose pretty interesting chord progressions to play in. At 3:20, I thought this was the perfect place for an emotion-filled and beautiful piano to come in with a stunning melody. I know you wanted that empty feeling for the time-being... but I honestly believe a Piano would have served you better then the silence.

In the end when the strings come back in I think they are fitting unlike the beginning. This is because it's a sort of ending climax. I enjoyed how you ended this piece too, even though it was a fade out (which i'm not a fan of) you did it very well.

Good job. I look foward to listening to and reviewing more of your stuff!

Epic perfection.

I can officially say that this is the song that converted me to Goa.

Seriously, I wish I knew some fancy songwriter lingo so I could properly comment on how epic the perfection of this is. Your hard work paid off; this is perfect in every way, and is the first song of it's kind [general drum and bass-like stuff] like this. I mean, it beats {I Don't Need You Anymore} and ties with Meltdown [Preview]. Not that those are Goa, but, like I said, the genres are similier enough, I think...

Oh, screw this poshness; this deserves every positive award it can recieve and should be #1 forever, since this is the best Goa, best computer-composed song, the best song, that can be written. Ever.

Not that I'm an expert, nor do I claim to be, but as far as the music section of my brain is concerned, this is, for now, the very definition of epic; the song itself and the many buckets of effort poured into making it. So, in short...

Best. Song. Ever.

100/10. 10/5.

Thank you, my friend :) I'm going to be polishing my goa skills for a long time, so keep your eyes (and ears) open :D

Thanks for the review!
