First of all, I know this isn't Classical. My deepest apologies but the "Classical" section is where I belong, it just doesn't seem right to put my music elsewhere. I may stick it in the "Pop" section later... what are your feelings on this?

I would like to thank Bad_Man_Incorporated for his considerable guitar solo contribution, I can always count on him to add that extra brilliance to any piece. Thank you bud.

Here are the Lyrics my friends. I hope you enjoy this piece as much as I enjoyed making it. I've never spend so much time on a piece. But it was worth it.

Remember back when you were young
The day was always new
and so much was left undone

Back when boys and girls held hands
Sand castles in the sands
Don't you remember... awoohoo

Folded love notes in the park
Sneak out when it was dark
This was our freedom

After school in every play
Back then we'd sieze the day
Do you remember

And here lies the innocence
Of times past
Oh so long ago

I need something
Even more than
I have needed
Once before
My Childhood

Make believe
In far off lands
We'd make sand castles
in the sands
In Childhood

Maybe we've got it all wrong
And we knew love, all along
The heart of a child is so pure
Now when we say I love you
We'd better be sure

And make your experiences last
Or spend the rest of your life
Remembering the Past

(Bad_Man_Incorporated's Guitar solo)

From beauty of that first kiss
Without knowing just what love is
A Fascination

Without every knowing why
We could simply close our eyes
and we could fly

I need something
Even more than
I have needed
Once before
My Childhood

(I could fly)

Make believe (I could Fly)
In far off lands
We'd make sand castles
in the sands
In Childhood
(I could Fly)

I can see myself dreaming
I find strength in believing
That I haven't wasted any time

Close your eyes and imagine
Feel Strong in your passion
Leave your troubles and your pain behind

Respect.

Incredible song. This is a song that could really mean something to someone, a song that people fall in love with because it speaks to them. I HATE to say this but my only critical view are the vocals, they could be a little bit more clearer. I think that the lyrics are what stand out in this song the most. 10/10, 5/5.

There's not enough words I know to express how awesome this song is. You should go and try picking up a contractor, seriously... this is amazing well done!

Damn

I know you've had an incredible amount of reviews and probably more than a couple that say the same thing I'd like to, but here goes.

I've listened to some of your music, and you've got an incredible skill. You make music that speaks to people on any number of levels. That becomes immediately obvious when one glances at the reviews left for your work. That's a big thing. You may never be famous for making music, but it's got to be such an amazing feeling knowing that people take something away from your music that's more than just a 'that was pretty cool', something that's real and meaningful.

You rule man.

Wow...

This song speaks volumes. The verses somehow describe the relationship between my girlfriend and myself perfectly. The park, a play... it's as if you had seen our relationship unfold.
I thank you, not only as someone who relates to the song, not only as a fellow Canadian, but as a fellow musician, for producing this song. Highly emotive, this song I'm sure can, in my belief, relate to any listener, not only in words but in the melodic structure and message.
Great work Dan. Truly a masterpiece.

Thanks.

Dude..
Just let me say, this song, it sends me on a trip to the past. Reminding me of all those things I once enjoyed, the days where I never had a care in my life.
In times of need, this is a song, I would listen to over and over, trying to cheer up from the advice the lyrics give, the way it sounds.
Beautiful, keep it up man. That's all I can say.
Thank you for reminding me of my past, well atleast the good times. ^^
