I didn't know about this game/song before today... but I'm glad i do now... your remix sounds great... apart from the really random vocals/clapping? should've made two versions of this remix imo... one for that site and one for NG ;p
still... 9/10 =D

if you like this song (and metal music) you should also check out machinae supremacy's version of it...

This is pretty sweet. This music has a bit of everything in it and it's well done. Bottom guys are complaining of the vocals...I don't think they're bad at all. Don't get too upset by it. The music really kicks ass. It's going to be on it's 3rd playthrough soon so I need to finish this review lol. Nice work.

C64? Comodore? Errr, lost.

Don't get me wrong, I liked it, but there's a reason that videogame songs don't have vocals; if they're not mind blowingly brilliant then the song just kinda goes 'URGH!' and dies. other than that it was good and i detect a hint of metroid startin g at about 2:30

Hammerypart says: Delete the vocals! Cya!

Author's Response:

Thanks for the feedback! A hint of Metroid? Strange, I did not notice that, also I didn't put it in intentionally...

"Great video-game music."

But please, PLEASE, take of the vocals. They're no-sense, and poorly made.

November 21, 2007

Author's Response:

"poorly made vocals": Well, actually that's the point. You see, intentionally I made this song for OverLooked ReMiX, a videogame remixing community, where the songs have to be "so bad, they make you laugh", basically a complete counter-part of OCR. If you listen to the "original" vocal version over there, with my awfully bad voice acting, you'll see what I mean. I just liked the instrumental version, so I thought I might aswell load it up here. If you're talking about the robotic vocals, well, I lost my file, so I couldn't remove them. Anyway, glad you still liked it ;-)
