There's something antique about this

It's almost like this was written back in the heyday of blues. I love it, this is the kind of stuff you can take on the road.

Have you ever heard of a blues artist named John Alex Mason? Your style reminds me of his, very relaxed, very clean, and very well mixed.

All the best.

RubberBandMethod responds:

I have heard of Mason. A few weeks ago I got the chance to listen in while he was jamming in a bar in Manitou Springs, and I was blown away. He's an excellent musician, you can tell he's into music for the Groove.

You passed the feeling along very well.

That's probably got something to do with your voice.
It sounds great. Especially your "s"-s.

I recently bought about 800 dollars in recording gear and a cheap but good computer (I've been running on 300 megabyte of RAM computers all my life, and 1 gig of RAM and 250 gig of hard drive space is a major step up for me.) Unfortunately, the redone versions won't be released to the internet until the album is almost done.
