Nice opening synth. The kicks got this nice thunderous sound to it, but it sounds like it's getting drowned out. Bringing out the kick would do a lot for this song. This song could use a pad playing backing chords or something. You bring in a lead synth at 0:27 that I initially didn't like, although the melody was decent. The synth has grown on me a bit. I think you need to change up the chord progression, because the song doesn't seem to go anywhere until the key change, which I thought was awesome, especially because everything comes back in full-force. I like the new melody for the end that starts at 2:00, although it doesn't always work against the other melodies. Anyways, overall, this is pretty good. You've certainly become a better producer since I last heard a song of yours. I'll listen to some more of your songs (including "Tempest," of course). Later!
