I recently listened to this on cheap headphones and it sounds incomparably worse than on good speakers/headphones (especially with a sub). I couldn't even hear lot's of the loops in there. Try to get a listen on a decent sound system before judging this song, unless, of course, you think it is good anyway.

"it's sounds"

like there's a little to much going on in points... and personally (and this won't apply to everyone) i thinkit changes up a bit to much... There's also a little bit to much on the panning (like it goes to far from one side to the other)

But other than that this is a well constructed and well built track, samples are all clear and nice (even if there are a few to many of them ;) ).

"Hmm..."

The intro was good, but then after that it just seemed like you through everything together without a sense of purpose or direction.

One thing I did like was the bass at 1:23 and the following progression.

That's really about it, I'm afraid.

I like this. Only comment I can find is that when I listen to it with a headset , that I get a strange feeling. But that might just be me. Anyways nice work.
