Seems to fit somewhere between those little filler thingies on Adult Swim and obscure Sneaker Pimps tracks. The little tinny background noises around 1:30 are a nice touch. Really, a lot of the background noises are very good choices; they add a lot of personality and atmosphere, especially that siren-esque noise. Good choice of title too, since the song feels kind of reminiscent of driving out of a big city at night or something. Very good track :D

Yeah the title and the song remind me a lot of Silent Hill 2.
It sounds magical, mysterious, dreamy, soothing and a bit frightening, all at the same time. It has some sounds that give it atmosphere like the bird-like sound. So it's kinda like a walk in a foggy park in the city in the evening.
Oh, or like in the cemetery.

I think Blackstackjack was right, but i wouldn't just be taking that woman out to eat, if you know what i mean=). Anyway, on a less naughty note, it was a very good song that would go good in an anime like Deathnote, or even Bleach.
