"As Usual..."

Always impressive, and when people are referring to the Nightmare before christmas themes it is because the first three notes are the distinctive tones in Jack's requiem. I think the exact words people are hearing are when Jack sings "There's something deep inside my bones...". But yes, as others have said you easily broke away from being to Elfman-ish, please continue to inspire.

"Like a dream"

A very good and soothing sound. Has an almost surreal quality to it. I really enjoy this song a lot.

"Ou."

Usually, I'm not one of those people who start commenting by linking audio pieces to a game or something, personally I find that rather annoying, it's as if they completely disregard the essence of the work itself by likening it to another published piece.

But when I listened to the first part of this melody, a name kept creeping into my mind. I found this to be very 'Nightmare before Christmas' flavour at the start. But fortunately, the feeling shook off, with the slightly militaristic style beats. I soon got your 'Hook' vibe.

...My goodness, I swear I have not seen the comments below before I was ready to hit submit.

Haha no worries. Danny Elfman is a huge influence on me. I guess I kind of combined the feel of John Williams and Danny Elfman...I'm a total film score nerd. Anyway, thanks for the review!
