I like the style that you consistently use when drawing.
This could use a bit more detail in my opinion but its still very good.

"Prototype?"

This is like a mix of prototype and the devil. lol. You have a good idea . but try to make a background and a more detailed character. Also try to be more original, cuz i think you got this from prototype.
