Electric/Poison(intended anyway) fake pokemon for fake region. I'm pleased on the whole by the electric aspects but I haven't managed to capture much in the way of poison as of yet.
As with Kursima(taking the advice to upscale the size) I had to delete the original submission and try again to keep the image from going blurry.

4/11/18: Updated with the revised version. Essentially whole electric type now as I couldn't incorporate the poison type the way I wanted to.
