So this was supposed to be a character based on someone from Sonic the Hedgehog? I don't see much influence other than the furry part. That's one colorful fish. Her body doesn't seem to be right with proportions. That just makes it all the more creative. The water is reflected wonderfully.
At first, I thought it was a tentacle coming up through the water. I realize it's the reflection of her hair. I wouldn't know the exact science of perspective in this case. It's weird how the skull is off to one side. Is that supposed to be her hat?

Not sure what's with me and anthro lately. I remember being a huge fan of Sonic the Hedgehog when I was younger and only drawing and making up characters from the idea. I guess this would be a little different but I can't help but think that maybe it had something to do with how I create things now, even though they aren't completely anthro.
I started this when I was a bit drunk. After looking at my leftovers the next day I decided to work on it a bit more and color it. I also know it needs some more cleanup work but I like some of my work with some sketchyness too it... also been working too long on it. =P

I like it =D she have a tail right? ^^ and a bit of her hair look like a ear, so i think she is a neko or a inu (neko = cat ; inu = dog) but this is only my oppinion ^^

Yes, she has a tail and furry ears lol. There is some porportional work that needs corrected as some people asked if she only had 1 ear, but it does remain fact that the horned skull is sitting in a part of her hair and wrapped around her head but its infront of her other ear so it isn't visible. It would of been wise for me to think it out a bit further.
However, on the contrary to what most people are saying that she IS a cat, I didn't really intend her to be and I would like to say she is some sort of other furry animal or breed of cat mixed between a human.
I also intended her background profile to be more of a voodoo witch who hunts betweens the rivers and coasts for fish that practices in a majority of hunting and scavenging skills.
