Eh, either or -- Doodle girl is doodle! Yeah, I wasn't initially going to color this, then I was like... MUST MAKE FACE LEWK GEWD!! ... Then I had to restrain myself from ruining the picture any further with random brush strokes trying to make it look realistic, so instead, I went with something more simple and less than 10 colors! BWUAUAHAHA! >_O ------- Damn my late night insanity...
And yes there is some doodle lines I was too lazy to neaten up... ~_~

hummm, proportions
the nose and the left eye are somewhat misplaced.. it looks like one side of her face is looking in a direction, and the other half looks elsewhere. Still very good render of individual features, mouth, nose, eyes.. but would really benefit from drawing the structure first in simple geometry

the shading looks awesome. The doodle lines don't mess it up at all since their even through out the picture. You sir have inspired me! :)
Why thank you :) There is a certain style that I like to do with sketchy lines that ease the picture into a radience which tells the person how it was made and constructed (or construction lines if you will xD). Nothing wrong with a little messyness I say. ;3
