very well done
although you seem to have a problem that I also struggle with: limited range of tone. this would be a more powerful picture if you used your lightest lights and darkest darks.

A comission for a work-mate , she wanted something that would fit in an old mirror frame ( the mirror is broken) so she wanted to replace it by a picture of an oriental dragon.
8 hours later and 78 layers thereafter...i popped this out of my ass
done entirely in Paint tool sai ^^
