So this was an "INTERESTING" version of "PIKA" and you did pretty good with this I am "ENJOYING" the colors you have added here too, Im not even going to complain about the black backround lol, uts a great character design you have here, maybe some added shine and glistering shine even on edges and shine points of the character would be pretty good, anyways nice work here.

This drawing alone is 10x more creative than any other Pokemon idea ever.
Seriously, this could be an evolution for pikachu involving giving it a shit ton of drugs, instead of giving it a rare candy.
