Done! Here's my Secret Santa for Lily-Fu on DA, who asked a drawing of her Crab Pirate. It's not really the kind of character I usually draw, so it was a good exercice!

She doesn't look like a crab at all. At least she has claws on her hips. You should put a crab medallion on her hat, or are the crabs under he clothes......

Actually, it's a quite simplified version of the original character made my Lily-Fu, so the crab theme is less clear.
