It’s as if the sequels didn’t keep them in youth like a fucked up Groundhog Day.
My entry for Jazza's Age Swap challenge. I've been wanting to draw these kids as adults for a while now, so this challenge was the perfect excuse to get started. I loved all the movies, I own pretty much all of them and still listen to the songs along side my disney playlist. I'd love to see these friends still hanging out when they are big fat grown ups XD
Characters from right to left are of course: Little Foot, Cera, Petri, Chomber, Ducky, and Spike.
It’s as if the sequels didn’t keep them in youth like a fucked up Groundhog Day.
As one who watched the movies when I was a kid, it really brings back memories. :) And yes, yes..I cried at some parts.. manly tears!
Anyway, love your work! Beautiful vivid colors, nicely shaded, and their personalities are really shown there. And the background is nicely done too. :)
Good job!
thank you very much! i cried so much, i still cry at some of the songs, like when little foot sings about his mom when they're on the island? TEARS!
Really well done! I had totally forgotten about those movies.
Sweet! Bringing back the goodies!
It is still nice to know that there is people who still like "land before time."
By the way, Great job! :D
Yeah man! This was like, childhood incarnate! And thanks!!!
Amazing entry! I used to love watching this show and this is a really nice, nostalgic piece. I also love how you maintained their goofy characteristics and emotions while still making them look grown up. 10/10!
yeah, you know i always felt like the kids were a lot more alive and energetic then their parental figures, so i wanted to keep some of that energy when they grew up. i'm glad you liked it!
