I received one in the wifi battle tower, With a shiny Moltres and shiny articuo ¬_¬ Damn hacker.
Now he's a lvl 100 Torterra and with lvl 100 Empoleon, Gallade, Infernape, Golem, Staraptor, Meganium, Feraligatr, Sharpedo, Spiritomb, Metagross, Lugia, Lucario, Dragonite, Wailord, Toxicroak, Draipion, Typlosion, Groudon, Darkrai, Dialga, Regigigas, Ho-oh, Palkia, and Pigeot.

I still dont know how do people Get pokemons from the 2nd Generation if Heart Gold and Soul silver hasnt been released yet. I know maybe 2 forms,
1-Hacking,
