Character design for a cyborg law-enforcer in a far dystopian future.
They are murderes, hobo's, thiefs, scum... taken from the street and turned into mindless minions. Some parts of his head, hands and legs are surgically removed replace it with more "efficient" tools and chips.
This is awesome, love the tune shaded look. The hands look odd but being part robotic I think it is justifiable :P I hope you plan on doing more with this, like maybe set up a scene or something. Just taking it further would be cool :)
