Weird character redesign concept thing for some sort of fan project in my brain from years ago. But now it's back. It's back with a blue, blurry vengeance. And this happened. Here it is.
The anatomy's a bit wonk I think but all in all I think it works for my weird magical fan thinger. Don't ask, not now, give it time, see if it lingers again, then maybe... oh dear... I'm snapping! I'M SNAPPING! D: SAVE ME!!
