im very curious was the water an after thought in this? or was it always designed as a dream type picture/ abstract?
im wondering because what it looks like you've done is you've made a scene with 2 cliffs peaking in an arch over a valley in with a night sky, then decided to add glowing water from the heavens that are now rushing through the valley ignoring any realism as its following sideways along a hill :P
overall your colors are really striking and the scene is pretty well done my usual complaint of reviews about shadows are pretty irrelevant here with the glowing water lighting everything up :P

But overall its really well done, only thing for future pictures i would suggest with your valley you've put the same amount of effort into trees in the foreground that you have in the distance, the way of nature is the trees in the distance will have almost no detail at all, where at the trees in the foreground will have all the shading and details in the world, so don't spend as much time on the stuff in the back and focus your details on the foreground :)
