Looks like you made it on stock white poster paper and didn't white balance the camera under incandescent light; that effect and the non-running, running gag in this piece is what I like. I don't know art, but the element's I like are in here. The tapered bottom corners are nice touch, as are the other wear and modifications to the colony stripes. If you had added more or different types of wear, I wouldn't have liked it - good balance.
I'm sure if Hunter S. Thompson hadn't blown his brains out over a jilted mistress, he would have loved this picture (he used to glue political characters to plywood and let loose some lead-made hole's in 'em) I've seen many weathered flag works, but this one's singing to me.
