Thee Mashine contains three Duracell "D" batteries. The whole thing is sealed shut so once the batteries expire it is dead as a mackerel

When the switch on the back of Thee Mashine is pressed, it activates Thee Rotating Length which is a metal rod with the woman's knees glued onto it

The woman's knee is a tooth (this is symbolic)
