This could've easily been a scene from some Quentin Tarantino movie. The glow/unfocus effect is simply great. The composition is well thought up.
One thing, though. The two dead guys below... well... don't really look so dead to me. Their expressions aren't as good as the expression from the guy with the white suit. Oh, and one more thing. The three swords seem too flat: They're all unusually at the same perpendicular angle to the observer's POV. The lighting doesn't help much.
Just some personal constructive criticism. Hope it doesn't piss you off.

I realy don't know what to say. Lighting is great. Character given evil look. Great.

no visibable issues with the Anatomy as far as i can tell. and its pretty sexy, party helped by the previous fact.
