The Alvus are one of the few races of demon native to the human world. Out in the badlands they live in a constant warlike state with the humans around them. The Alvus are an insectoid/arachnid race adapted to be brutally efficient. The diverse armies of the Alvus are separated into many divisions, but among them all none are so feared as the infantry, not because of their admittedly clever tactics, or brute strength, but the dread captain Recluse. His very presence unnerves his opponents, and every step of his foot seems unnatural.
