imagine this: you are playing outside with your favorite toy. suddenly you throw it and it finds its way inside a window. this window leads to the basement. you go open the door to the basement, turn on the single light bulb, and make your way slowly down the stairs. you move slowly because that light bulb doesn't fully illuminate the whole basement. you can barely make out the furniture and trinkets that lie in the darkness. and that feeling , of not knowing what lies beyond, stops your descend. you question if you should keep going. your instincts tell you this is not a safe place. fear creeps in.
you can see your toy, on the floor. is not far away. your instinct get overpowered by your desire and you continue down. you make sure not to touch anything else, its dusty and cover in spiderweb. you're at the bottom, about to pick your toy and suddenly...that feeling. something in the dark is watching me.
you grab your toy and start running! fear and panic propel you out. you run and every step of the way out, you can feel as if something is right behind you. right behind you , and getting closer. you can feel it near your neck. YOUR'E OUT! slam the door shut. trembling, you swear to never ever go down there ever again.

Fantastic! What I love most about this picture is that it tells a story, and quite effectively. Too often I see just some dude in some pose or some location or something, nothing wrong with that I guess, I mean, I dot it quite often myself, but this is really charming. Normally I like to offer some constructive criticism but I can't for this, you achieved what you set out to in an outstanding way, great work! Added to favorites.
thanks for the kind words Jazza. also appreciate putting me in the showcase video. i felt somewhat important XD

Terrifying.
You really get the sense of imminent danger as this unsuspecting child approaches to what might be his death...But it's probably just salad fingers messing around with his rusty spoon.
