Looks more like an action stance to me, as if you drew her mid motion, like she was on the move then suddenly spun around to shoot someone in the face :P

I don't really think it matters than the stance is weird, it's an amazing pic. As for the toes, I don't see whats wrong because a lot of women look like they have no toes because of skin color stockings

alot of talent
you certainly have skill but there are two things wrong that i notice:
1 her foot is at a strange angleit looks like she is about to fall
and 2 she doesn't have toes.

That's a terrible stance for an archer, but other than that, not bad. The bow looks really sweet.
