Hit-Girl Cartwheel Selfie.
Inspired by Jazza's Superhero Selfie challenge.

When super heroes are taking selfie, what beats having a piece that is unique to the superhero's ability that is extremely difficult (if not impossible) to be taken by ordinary people.

Here's Hit-Girl with her young, energetic and playful attitude.
It's her acrobatic style and taken at the dramatic moment of her air-cartwheel move.

Her weapon of choice:
18mm wide-angle fish-eye lens
ISO 150
Shutter Speed: 1/500s
Aperture Size: f/6.0

Hope you like it.

Edit (25 Jan 2015): OMG! Frontpaged!! This piece is officially my first completed painting of this year. Thanks so much for making this such exciting and meaningful beginning of 2015 for me!

It seems like I had forgotten about HitGirl for the longest time. That was a great character, though. It's kind of weird, because this picture is kind of goofy. The movie took itself more seriously. Well, I don't know, it's a pretty strange movie. I still loved it, though!

The colors in this are just wonderful. I seem to rarely see such good use of purple. She seems to be wearing some strange skirt. I liked how blurry everything else is. It was realistic that way.

This is excellent. The background looks blurry in a good and charming way. The pose is exciting. Hit Girl herself looks detailed and realistic. I also like how you tired to made it match a camera setting. Love it.

Thanks so much! I enjoyed photography myself, so drawing it to match camera setting is very enjoyable.
