My entry for the Draw With Jazza COTM

Zulithe was the first successful execution of a test that involved splicing the DNA of two Pokémon in their early evolution stages. Results were surprising, as the Pokémon gained traits from both parents, such as a smaller size from Zubat as well as both poison and fire glands at the roof and base of its mouth. Zulithe was able to use these traits to melt the couplings of the Pokéball in which it was being contained, and after being deemed "unsound" by management, was subsequently cancelled.
