Wow, I really like this! And yeah, the puff of breath or whatever is in a good place so it doesn't block out the image, I agree with ya there. I really like how you drew the hands and eyes. I can't really pick out anything that needs improving though. Uh, so yeah. Great job! :D

3rd eye does not look like an eye. You can't just take left/right eye and put it as a 3rd eye. You must think how would the body develop a 3rd eye. The mouth looks a bit rotated too much. It's something about the arms... they look to be more man-like than woman-like. If that white cloud is her heavy breathing, then why is it so distant from the mouth? If it is the air from the fast movement of her left fist (looking from her perspective), then where is the movement of the fist? The picture overall is too static, the body itself does not express movement.

She's turned, so even an eye that looks centered will have an appearance of being turned as well. That is a puff of air, indicated by the "huff huff" and the mouth is in a blowing position. It may be a little far from the mouth but I didn't want to block the drawing with the puff. Sue me?
Muscles are not exclusive to men. She is a boxer with muscular arms. She also has muscular everything else, so I don't know why you chose arms to point out.
Boxers don't get very dynamic when they are in a pose like this and moving around the matt. Also this is a pose desired by the commissioner.
When you're giving proper critique, be sure to say what works in a piece. You don't just blow the fuck out of it. You just comes off like a biased asshole if you do.
