Very nice indeed
When I saw the title, I assumed it was going to be a parody of Toucan Sam. I mean, that's the only drawn toucan I can think of. What makes this great is how deadpan you are in your presentation. Of all the XMan things out there (not including the X-Men) you could do this with literally everyone. A "Bat" man is simply the most popular because bats are known to be strong, intimidating features. You nicely reversed the situation with a non-threatening animal.
The artwork itself is great. It looks just like one of those Batman images you would see highly ranked in the art portal. While there wasn't a background, you didn't need it for a picture this good. It somewhat resembles a penguin man, but we already have one with the Batman villian Penguin. The colors are just nicely done.

i do not enjoy anime style drawings
anime is boring it takes a real man to develop his own style you should try it.

If a toucan...
...you can.
This piece has hidden potential. I think Toucan Man could be greatly enhanced by a heroic background.
i agree

Cool stuff.
I really like your drawings, they are so crazy, yet cool. I love the expression of the face on this one.
