This is a concept for a manga was working on. Set in a western desert sort of town (similar to the setting of Trigun); Johnny is the main character and he is known for his prowess with a revolver and his sharpshooting. Although everyone eventually finds out he is a fraud who really sucks with a gun and he ends up having to save the town with pure skill and luck. It's a plot I would have really liked to expand and explore deeper. Although I just haven't had the time.
Btw that kanji on his leg is 'Densetsu' which means Legend.
