Hmnn
I like what you did with his cheeks. The muscles hooking under eachother attaching to bones. Although his body is kind of simple, not as much to look at as the face. Not necessarily a bad thing.
You have a solid understanding of the use of color, something I still lack. All in all a pretty good design, nice piece.
I'm chattering and I sound really pretentious.

This looks like some sort of sci-fi creature you would see trolling space looking for food because it smelt a McDonalds two parsecs back and he's got a Big Mac attack. I can't really see a dragon in this though... ah well.
