After my last samurai drawing. I wanted to do another, but instead of doing in the same style I wanted to try something new.
I thought that the most obvious change I could make would be levels of detail, my last piece was very detail heavy, so I wanted to go for a simpler style with this.
I settled on a two tone approach. I think it's come out well.

I really wanted to capture the ferocity of these warriors this time around.

I uploaded the images on photo bucket so you could check it out :)

WaterShake responds:

Wow, thats like. a HUGE compliment! Thank you. I'm glad you like the picture.

Nice.

Good image, looks like it could be a effective stencil.

Only thing i'd advise is using some other media to add depth to the hue, the black is a little faded over the red and the contrast isn't as great as it could be.

Still nice pic man.

WaterShake responds:

Thanks, I was trying to do it in a similar style of Bansky.

And I agree with you about the black, it looks a little bit better in person because I took this photo with a camera instead of a scanner so theres a bit of reflection from the pencil, but even still it's not as strong as it could be. Looking back it would have probably been better if I used plain black acrylic paint.

Amazing

I am not a great drawer, but if i take my time i will do good. But no one can make their drawing as awesome as this :D. I also agree that this should be a flag or better yet a tshirt

WaterShake responds:

Wow thank you,it took me a while to do, so it's nice to know that people like it.

Nice one.

The contrast and the thin textures really make this one look as if it would be used as a motive for a flag or something similiar.

WaterShake responds:

Yeah I was quite influenced by the cover art of Waltz With Bashir
