30minute speedpainting of a snake :)

Rated 5 / 5 stars

Wow, only thirty minutes? I wish I could even draw something like this in thirty years, much less thirty minutes...

wartynewt responds:

It all comes down to practice :)

I love this! ^^
The light reflections off the scales are exceptional, as well as the undulating body curves on the serpent! ^^

wartynewt responds:

Thank you! I'm glad you like it :)

wartynewt responds:

You could probably make a lot of money just by speedpainting things for people. Set up an art booth somewhere that gets a lot of pedestrian traffic. There's no reason you shouldn't be rich by now, haha. Or maybe you're already rich.

I have an idea for a completely different but interesting kind of art though. What if you had a painting of a snake that was made *by* a snake!?

wartynewt responds:

Thank you! Maybe that's a good idea :D and i'm not rich haha i don't earn anything by making art.
A painting of a snake made by a mind has been blown.

30 mins? Wow.
Looks great, just a little more detail on the face, but I understand that you were speed-painting.

wartynewt responds:

Yeah i ran out of time :(
