Well this one took me a while but I thinks its finished.
Its The Joker from the dark knight in one of my favorite scenes.
This took me 2 days in Photoshop

I'm not nor was ever a big DC fan, I stuck to Marvel, Capcom, and Dark Horse. Out of anything that I know about DC (which, again, I know very little of,) this is a very accurate representation of The Joker. Bravo!
