Here's an older piece of concept art.... A powerful wind character, this guy has large fan-like hands. and inflatable chest for high flyin' crazy wind attacks.
Also, he carries a large discus that he can whip around using the winds.
He'll huff and puff and blow your house down.
The concept alone deserves a 10.
