This is fighting stance for "Svasha." The stance is mainly a reference to Vice's from King of Fighter's 2002. She's heavy of grappling type moves much like Vice too.
She's a total lunatic, but not really a "bad guy." She's just misguided and extremely aggressive. She's rich, arrogant, and loves humiliating stupid people, which is most people to her.
For the few she actually does care about, she's not very good at showing it. She's often very critical in a "tough love" sort of way.
